Financial advisor firm rankings and ratings are generally limited to participating advisers (see participation criteria/methodology).

CEFEX, Centre for Fiduciary Excellence
CEFEX is an independent global assessment and certification organization that verifies conformity to conduct and practice standards that are substantiated in laws, regulations and professional best practices that are worthy of the public’s trust and confidence.

Institute for the Fiduciary Standard
The institute for the Fiduciary Standard is a champion for investors. Intelligent Capitalworks is one of only two financial advisory firm members of the institute in Arizona. The institute’s programs and papers teach investors and advisors about what the fiduciary standard means. All investors want an advisor they can trust. Helping investors find a real fiduciary advisor is the institute’s mission.

Expertise.com finds, reviews and publishes top service professionals across the country. They begin by validating a firm’s business qualifications and find service providers who have gone above and beyond to educate themselves in their areas of expertise. They analyze public records and information to determine each provider’s reputation and select finalists based on a provider’s primary area of expertise, the variety of services they offer, and their years of experience. Finally, mystery shoppers call each company, identifying themselves as potential customers, to gauge knowledgeability, friendliness, and professionalism.

Forbes Finance Council
Forbes Finance Council is an invitation-only organization for senior-level financial services executives and leaders. Members are respected leaders and executives who are selected for the council based on the depth and diversity of experience in the financial services industry.
