We offer our investment management and wealth advisory services for investable assets starting at $5 million across all accounts, including investment, trust, business, retirement and philanthropic accounts.

We bring deep experience and core competencies that match up well with families and individuals who seek breadth and depth-of-field, skill, competence, care, creative vision and sound execution from wealth management professionals who are in it for the long-haul. To protect our availability of time and resources to our long-term clients, we do not offer our services for projects or partial engagements.

We position each of our clients as the CEO of the family or individual engagement and evaluate the roles we will fill as the C-Suite professionals on the team, so we are thoughtful about each client with whom we will be engaged. Our clients, who are our CEOs, all have this in common ‒ they appreciate and allow us to provide leadership, counsel, advice and management as circumstances necessitate.
Client Requirements
We require clients to be available to respond to our requests for documents, calls and meetings and we require clients to maintain professionally-prepared tax returns and legal documents. We require clients to be proficient with email, scanning and electronic document signature and allow us to collaborate with their other advisors ‒ CPAs, attorneys, insurance professionals, actuaries, trustees, etc.

We provide a skilled and prepared leadership team that combines critical thinking with studies and analyses to help unmask and avoid the camouflaging distractions, classic pitfalls and less obvious risks that trap that many families and individuals and prevent them from focusing on what needs to get done to stay on plan and accomplish their goals.
Fiduciary Profile
Every member of our wealth management team is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and the firm is CEFEX Certified to a Global Fiduciary Standard by annual examination. We only offer our services as investment fiduciaries. We do not offer brokerage services. We only use qualified account custodians for client accounts.
Regulatory Profile
Our firm is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Registered Investment Adviser with authority to conduct business nationally. We currently serve clients in 13 states plus the District of Columbia. We are regulated by the SEC, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

We serve as a dedicated wealth advisor to help meet our clients’ wealth management needs in deeper, more focused and more helpful relationships. We offer more than 100 “time and resource” intensive professional services to help address the continuous and complex wealth management needs of our clients.
Investment Profile
We manage well-diversified long-term investment portfolios of individual securities in separately-managed accounts tailored for each client. We invest for a combination of capital preservation, stable and rising income, capital growth and conservation, managed volatility, tax efficiency and cost control.
Due Diligence
We vet prospective clients just as assiduously as we are vetted by prospective clients. We think just as carefully about committing our family’s capital to a potential engagement as prospective clients think about entrusting their family capital to us. It’s equally important for us to determine that each client is a good fit for us and our other clients.

Professional Fee
Our annual professional services fee is 0.40% for separately-managed portfolios of individual securities tailored for each account plus 0.60% to 1.35% for more than 100 additional wealth advisory and management workflows we provide, depending on the scope of engagement and the demand for our time and firm resources. We will define the scope of our work and our fiduciary responsibilities to you in a written agreement with us that explains how we will help you and how we will manage your investment and retirement accounts using these unaffiliated custodians.
3. We work together.
We help you see the big picture and plan for your desired future. We collect your relevant information and documents to study and analyze while we are transferring your accounts to an unaffiliated custodian. We learn about your history and aspirations for the future, and we help you define your goals and objectives in meetings we have with you.

We commit our time, talent and resources to study and analyze your situation. We complete multiple financial planning studies and analyze your retirement income and capital growth needs, your risk exposures and risk capacities, and your estate and philanthropic plans.
